中国永达汽车服务控股有限公司（03669）7月20日发布自愿公告称，董事长兼执行董事张德安于2026年7月20日在公开市场增持公司股份1,500,000股。加上其于2026年7月16日购入的2,000,000股，张德安在两日内累计增持3,500,000股。
公司表示，董事长此次增持体现其对公司长期承诺以及对未来业务前景的信心。张德安亦向公司表示，不排除在适当时机进一步增持股份的可能。
截至公告日期，永达汽车董事会由四名执行董事、一名非执行董事及三名独立非执行董事组成。
