China Resources Building Materials Technology (1313) Announces NED Retirement and Nomination Committee Change

On 10 February 2026, China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1313) announced the retirement of Non-Executive Director and Nomination Committee member, Mr. Zhu Ping, effective the same day. According to the announcement, Mr. Zhu has no disagreement with the Board and confirmed that no matters need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders or the Stock Exchange.
In conjunction with this retirement, the Board appointed Non-Executive Director Mr. Li Nan as a member of the Nomination Committee, also effective 10 February 2026. The Board expressed sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhu for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
