Numans Health Food Holdings (2530) Announces HK$53 Million Acquisition of Lenovo Group Shares

On 23 January 2026, Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited (2530) announced the acquisition of 6,000,000 shares in Lenovo Group at an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$53.0 million. The average purchase price was about HK$8.83 per share. According to the announcement, the consideration was fully paid in cash from internal resources.

The transaction, when aggregated with the previous acquisition of 4,000,000 Lenovo Group shares, has been classified as a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. The applicable percentage ratios exceeded 5% but were below 25%, triggering reporting and announcement requirements.

Lenovo Group, listed in Hong Kong (HKD counter stock code: 992, RMB counter stock code: 80992), is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of a range of devices, infrastructure solutions, and services. According to its published data, for the six months ended 30 September 2025, Lenovo Group recorded revenue of US$39,282 million and a profit of US$918 million.

Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited focuses on the marketing, sales, and distribution of finished nutritional products, including its proprietary “Nemans” brand. Citing surplus cash and the low interest rate environment, the company highlighted that this investment is aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and potentially benefiting from future dividend income and any increase in Lenovo Group’s share price.
