长风药业股份有限公司（02652）于2026年2月12日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在香港联交所回购16,500股H股，每股价格区间为每股34.76港元至35.58港元，涉资总额约579,920港元。
本次回购股份约占事件前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0055%。经此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量降至301,969,086股，库藏股数量上升至254,500股，总发行股本仍为302,223,586股。
公告同时披露，本次股份购回依据公司于2025年12月16日获通过的购回授权进行，授权范围共计30,222,358股，其中至今已回购254,500股。公司确认所有回购活动遵守相关上市规则及适用法例。
