CHI SCI&EDU IND (01756) announced that effective November 24, 2025, Mr. Cheung Kai Cheong has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, as well as the company's agent for service of process in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Lam Chi Cheung and Ms. Ma Wing Yee have been appointed as joint company secretaries. Additionally, Ms. Ma Wing Yee has been appointed as the authorized representative and agent for service of process.
