COSMOPOL INT'L (00120) announced that the group expects to record a comprehensive loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$57 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of HK$169 million recorded in the same period of 2024. The reduction in attributable loss between the two comparative periods is mainly due to decreased tax expenses. During the interim period of 2024, the group's property projects in China experienced a significant increase in tax expenses due to the revision of project development cost allocation basis adopted in previous years.
