梅西百货押注服务升级却忽视核心痛点:价格过高成致命伤——市场观察

瑞银分析师指出,当梅西百货试图通过提升服务质量赢回顾客时,其真正应该聚焦的症结在于商品定价策略。最新消费者调研显示,在梅西顾客的购物决策因素中,"优质服务"仅位列第七重要因素,而"价格过高"恰恰是消费者拒绝选择该零售商的首要原因之一。

在"高性价比"维度的评比中,梅西百货在零售业排名几近垫底,这项指标较一年前呈现断崖式下跌。分析师尖锐指出:"我们认为,服务升级并不足以消除消费者对梅西定价的抵触情绪。"

瑞银对梅西股票维持卖出评级,并给出6美元的目标价——该预测值较该股周二收盘价12.07美元存在大幅折让。当前数据清晰揭示,这家百年百货巨头若不能解决价格竞争力问题,任何服务改善策略都可能收效甚微。
