海螺水泥（股票代码：00914）于2026年8月13日公告，公司通过上海证券交易所回购普通股1,010,000股，约占本次回购前已发行股份（不含库藏股）总数的0.0256%。回购价格区间为每股人民币17.48元至17.61元，合计支付人民币17,692,965元，折合约1,769.30万元。
回购前，公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）为3,948,300,244股，库藏股数量为29,159,800股。回购完成后，已发行股份（不含库藏股）变动为3,947,290,244股，库藏股数量增至30,169,800股，公司已发行股份总数保持3,977,460,044股。
海螺水泥方面表示，已严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及适用法律法规，上述回购与其2026年5月26日公告所载信息无重大差异。
