Enterprise Development Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 1808) released a further update regarding the despatch of its circular related to (i) major transactions and very substantial disposal, (ii) a possible very substantial disposal mandate, and (iii) rectification of a breach of Listing Rules.
