Enterprise Development Holdings (1808) Announces Further Delay in Despatch of Circular on Major Transactions and Very Substantial Disposal

Enterprise Development Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 1808) released a further update regarding the despatch of its circular related to (i) major transactions and very substantial disposal, (ii) a possible very substantial disposal mandate, and (iii) rectification of a breach of Listing Rules. The circular focuses on the purchases and disposals of certain securities, including Tesla, Boeing, Meta, NVDA, and ProShares UltraPro. The Company issued previous announcements on 28 January 2025, 13 March 2025, 31 March 2025, 30 April 2025, 30 May 2025, 31 July 2025, and 30 September 2025.

The Company initially expected to despatch the circular by 28 November 2025. Citing the need for additional time to prepare and finalize certain information, the Company now anticipates postponing the despatch to on or before 30 January 2026. The circular will provide details on the purchases, disposals, the disposal mandate, possible disposals, and a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting, as required by the Listing Rules.

According to the announcement, as of the date of publication, the Board of the Company comprises two executive Directors, Yu Hui (Chief Executive Officer) and Li Zhuoyang, and three independent non-executive Directors, Cai Jinliang, Chin Hon Siang, and Chen Kwok Wang.
