此外，市场消息称蚂蚁集团收购香港一家经纪公司的计划可能会被推迟，因为更多的监管机构正在考虑审查该提案。据知情人士透露，收购耀才证券金融多数股权的交易引起了中国证监会、国家金融监督管理总局和中国人民银行的关注。一位知情人士表示，一些监管官员认为在没有更广泛审查的情况下允许蚂蚁集团的交易继续进行可能会引起担忧。针对询问，阿里巴巴旗下的蚂蚁集团表示，关于此次收购的相关程序正在按计划推进，但未作进一步说明。耀才证券金融没有立即回应置评请求。
