DTXS Silk Road (620) Announces Special General Meeting for New Share Option Scheme

DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 620) has issued a notice for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on 5 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at Soho 1, 6th Floor, Ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan, No. 28 Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. According to the notice dated 18 November 2025, shareholders whose names appear on the register of members from 2 December 2025 to 5 December 2025 are eligible to attend and vote, provided relevant transfer documents are lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 1 December 2025.

The SGM will consider two ordinary resolutions related to the adoption of a new share option scheme (the “New Share Option Scheme”).
