CR CONSTRUCTION (01582) has announced that Mr. Pan Shujie has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company, effective February 12, 2026, as he has reached retirement age. Following his resignation as an executive director, Mr. Pan will continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Separately, Mr. Chen Deyao has resigned from his role as an executive director due to internal work arrangements within the group, also effective February 12, 2026. After stepping down as an executive director, Mr. Chen will remain with the company as its Chief Operating Officer. The board of directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Jin Hongliang as a non-executive director, effective from February 12, 2026.
