2025年第三季度，中国海洋石油有限公司实现营收约人民币1048.95亿元，同比增长5.7%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益）约人民币315.62亿元，同比下降13.9%。前三季度来看，公司累计营收约人民币3125.03亿元，同比下降4.1%；经调整净利润约人民币1009.15亿元，同比下降12.9%。公司前三季度经营活动现金流净额为人民币1717.49亿元，同比下降6.0%。
从成本结构看，前三季度营业成本同比小幅上升，而研发投入约人民币11.12亿元，占营收比例约0.36%。销售及管理费用合计约人民币81.77亿元，占营收比例约2.6%，维持较为稳定的成本管控。

前三季度公司油气销售收入约人民币2554.82亿元，同比下降5.9%，其中石油液体收入同比下滑9.1%，天然气收入同比增长15.2%。第三季度油气销售收入则同比下降3.0%，其中石油液体收入同比下滑5.6%，天然气收入同比增长13.0%。公司表示，天然气销量增长在一定程度上对冲了原油价格下行的影响。
