山高控股（00412.HK）今日盘中大跌75.23%，引发市场广泛关注。此次暴跌主要源于香港证监会昨日发布的一份股权高度集中公告。
据悉，香港证监会指出，截至2025年9月1日，山高控股有20名股东合共持有该公司24%的股份，加上两名主要股东持有的68.46%股份，合计占公司已发行股本的92.46%。这意味着公司只有7.54%的股份由其他股东持有，引发了市场对公司股权结构的担忧。
值得注意的是，山高控股在过去三个多月内股价曾大涨超200%，随后出现大幅波动。公司此前宣布的1亿美元股份回购计划未能稳定股价。作为山东高速集团的境外投融资平台，山高控股目前仍维持着近400亿港元的市值，并且是港股通标的。但在当前股价暴跌的情况下，投资者需要保持谨慎。
