福寿园（01448）7月10日晚间公告称，其董事会根据香港联合交易所《上市规则》第13.09(2)(a)条及13.49(3)条，以及《证券及期货条例》相关内幕消息条文，公布委任独立调查机构和内控顾问的最新进展。
根据公告，集团特别调查委员会已于2026年3月22日委任安永（中国）企业咨询有限公司为独立法证会计调查机构，负责就此前发现的存疑交易进行独立调查。特委会在遴选过程中重点考量了安永的独立性、团队资历与法证调查经验，并确认安永提交的调查时间表与公司满足复牌指引的安排相符。
福寿园董事会同时表示，审核委员会和合规委员会将尽快启动内控顾问的选聘工作。获委任的内控顾问将独立评估集团内部控制体系，出具分析报告，并就改善及加强内控提出建议。公司将视进展适时发布进一步公告，披露调查及整改情况。
公司股票自2026年3月20日上午9时起已暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
