FEIYU (01022) announced that on September 12, 2025, Xiamen Feiyu (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a game development agreement with Tencent Computer. Under this agreement, Xiamen Feiyu has been commissioned by Tencent Computer to develop a mini-game based on the target intellectual property owned by Tencent Computer. The production fee payable by Tencent Computer to Xiamen Feiyu for developing this mini-game amounts to RMB 12.5 million.

The announcement stated that the game development agreement aligns with and forms part of the group's business strategy regarding mini-games. Being commissioned by TENCENT to develop this mini-game will enable the company to understand the standard development processes of tech giants like TENCENT, thereby enhancing the team's technical capabilities and expertise, while accumulating and strengthening mini-game development experience. Given TENCENT Group's dominant position in China's mini-game market, the directors believe that developing this mini-game will help the company establish its industry reputation and promote long-term cooperation with TENCENT.
