BEXCELLENT GP (01775) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription has been completed on September 5, 2025. Accordingly, 25.38 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.50 per subscription share.
