截至2025年9月30日止6个月，位元堂药业控股营收同比下降约7%。同期经调整后净利润从上一年同期约2,370万港元降至不多于约300万港元，同比下滑约87%。公司方面表示，零售市场消费疲弱对整体收入造成一定压力，同时处置物业收益净额及投资物业公平值收益净额均有明显减少。由于行政开支及融资成本均出现下降，上述不利因素被部分抵销。
