CHINA WOOD INT (01822) announced that all conditions for the placement have been fulfilled. A total of 164 million placement shares, representing approximately 16.66% of the company's enlarged issued share capital post-completion, were successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at HK$0.10 per share under the terms of the placement agreement.
