Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (00895) has announced that the company recently convened the Fifth Session of its Third Employee Representatives Congress. Following a democratic vote by the attending employee representatives, the "Proposal on the Election of an Employee Director for the Eighth Board of Directors of Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited" was reviewed and approved. The assembly agreed to elect Zhu Lintao to serve as an Employee Director on the company's Eighth Board of Directors. His term will commence on February 2, 2026, and will continue until the expiration of the term of the Eighth Board of Directors.
