Effective December 29, 2025, Mr. Alain PERROT (Mr. Perrot) has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board. Concurrently, Mr. Werner Peter VAN ECK (Mr. Van Eck) has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Both Mr. Perrot and Mr. Van Eck resigned due to other personal and business commitments.
