申万宏源指出，蚂蚁收购耀才证券拟在补足云锋金融牌照空缺。该行指出，目前云锋金融拥有香港证监会1、4、6、9号金融服务牌照，可以提供证券交易、证券咨询、机构融资咨询、资产管理等服务。本次蚂蚁拟收购的耀才证券则为补足了2、5号牌照，对应可以额外从事期货合约交易、就期货合约提供意见。
东海证券则认为，“互联网龙头+传统券商”的组合，有望产生新的竞争模式，资本金的支持和客群渠道的扩容，或将加速放大券商牌照价值，实现传统券商客户的业务潜力挖掘和蚂蚁集团内部的业务协同。
