Applied Digital shares gained another 3.6% in overnight trading. The shares soared 48.5% on Monday after the company said it signed two long-term lease agreements with CoreWeave for artificial intelligence data centers.

Merck has held talks to buy Swiss biotech MoonLake Immunotherapeutics for more than $3 billion, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing three people familiar with the matter. MoonLake's shares rose 16.7% in overnight trading.

Credo Technology, an active electrical cable and interconnect products company, leaped 13% in overnight trading after it released its fourth quarter fiscal 2025 financial results that topped estimates.

Some crypto stocks gained in overnight trading. Hut 8 rose 2%; Strategy, MARA Holdings, Coinbase, and CleanSpark rose more than 1%.
