据报道，CrowdStrike计划裁员近500人，约占其全球员工总数的5%，这是该公司推进运营变革以“大幅提升运营效率”举措的一部分。不过该公司表示，本财年仍将在关键战略领域持续招聘。
根据5月6日提交的监管文件，该公司宣布了一项“战略计划，旨在推进运营变革，以显著提高运营效率。同时，公司将继续有重点、有纪律地扩大业务规模，以实现年度经常性收入(ARR)达到100亿美元的目标”。
CrowdStrike预计其2026财年第一季度(截至2025年4月30日)的财务业绩将与3月4日公布的第四季度业绩中所给出的指引相符，甚至超出预期。该公司还重申了其对2026财年(截至2026年1月31日)的业绩指引。
CrowdStrike预计，与该战略计划相关的费用约为3600万至5300万美元，其中约700万美元预计将在2026财年第一季度确认，其余大部分费用将于2026财年第二季度产生。
该公司表示，这些费用主要包括约1900万美元至2600万美元的未来现金支出，用于支付离职金、员工福利及相关费用;此外，还有约1000万美元至2000万美元的以股票为基础的非现金薪酬费用。
报道还指出，首席执行官George Kurtz在给员工的备忘录中表示：“我们的办公室将于5月7日和8日关闭，因此请大家做好居家办公的准备。”
