智能汽车科技解决方案商均胜电子本次拟全球发售1.551亿股H股，公开发售占10%。、基石投资者JSC、宁波新质、Jump Trading、钟鼎资本八期、中邮理财、建设银行旗下Vandi及葡萄牙保险集团Fidelidade合共认购3,781.7万股，占发售总数24.38%。禁售承诺最后日期2026年5月5日。
