According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 14, shareholders of RISECOMM GP (01679) deposited shares with ORIENTSEC INT Securities, with a deposited value of HK$11.9891 million, representing 13.21% of the company.
RISECOMM GP announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, reporting revenue of RMB122 million, an increase of 28.91% year-on-year. The loss attributable to shareholders was RMB73.543 million, narrowing by 46.91% compared to the previous year. Basic loss per share was 28.76 cents.
The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was due to approximately 58.4% growth in revenue from the automatic meter reading and other business segments, as well as approximately 20.8% increase in revenue contribution from the wind farm operation and maintenance business segment.
