MEILLEUREHEALTH (02327) announced that the board of directors has recommended the adoption of a 2026 share award scheme. The proposed scheme will have a term of ten years from the date of adoption, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting. The 2026 share award scheme will constitute a share plan under Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules.
