According to the report, the authorized share capital comprised 4,900,000,000 ordinary shares and 100,000,000 preference shares, maintaining a total of HKD 500,000,000. The total issued ordinary shares remained at 592,512,678, with no adjustments to the number of treasury shares. The company also noted convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HKD 27,500,000, issued on 19 April 2022 and convertible at HKD 1.5 per share, potentially translating into 18,333,333 ordinary shares.
