2026年7月6日，互太纺织控股有限公司（01382）在香港联交所发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股210,000股，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.0151%。
本次回购每股价格为港币0.89元，合计涉资约18.69万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本保持在1,386,369,000股，库存股份数目为0。
公告显示，购回授权于2025年8月14日获得批准，总额为139,162,400股。截至本次交易，公司已依据该授权共回购11,868,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.8528%，目前余下可回购额度约为1.27亿股。公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式批准，并已遵守所有适用的上市规则和相关法律规定。
