ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576) announced that on September 25, 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary project company, Zhejiang Yongzhou Duplicate Line Phase II Expressway Co., Ltd., entered into two separate civil construction agreements.

The first contract, designated as the TJ1 Civil Construction Contract, was signed with Jiaogong Group for the civil construction works of the TJ1 section of the G92 Hangzhou Bay Regional Ring Expressway from Ningbo Qijiashan to Zhoushan Jintang. The second agreement, the TJ4 Civil Construction Contract, was executed with Jiaogong Road & Bridge for the civil construction works of the TJ4 section of the same expressway project.

Under the TJ1 contract, Jiaogong Group will be responsible for implementing, completing, and conducting defect repairs during the defect liability period for various engineering works. These include roadbed engineering within the range of left line ZK9+120∼ZK13+772 and right line YK9+120∼YK13+770, U-shaped trench open sections for both left and right lines, and the right line shield-driven underwater tunnel (including segments, box culverts, and other components).

Jiaogong Road & Bridge, under the TJ4 contract, will handle the implementation, completion, and defect liability period repairs for engineering works within the range of left line ZK19+950∼ZK27+181.929 and right line YK19+920∼YK27+168.806. Their scope includes roadbed construction, bridge works (featuring prestressed concrete T-beams and steel-concrete composite beam structures), exit-side mountain tunnel sections, interchange crossing engineering (overpassing the operational Yongzhou Expressway and underpassing Dapu Tunnel), three road modifications, reserved embedments, and pavement works for the entire line.
