Sanergy Group (02459) announced that as of 4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 (being the final deadline for the placing agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares), all 221 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at HK$0.08 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) pursuant to the terms of the placing agreement.

Accordingly, under the compensatory arrangements, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to non-action shareholders. Based on the results of the rights issue acceptance and the placement results under the compensatory arrangements, a total of 570 million rights shares will be allotted and issued, representing 100% of the total rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
