QIAN XUN TECH (01640) announced that effective October 3, 2025, Mr. Leng Xuejun resigned from his position as authorized representative of the company in accordance with Listing Rule 3.05, as he plans to devote more time to other matters. Mr. Leng will continue to serve as an executive director. Mr. Li Tianzi, an executive director, has been appointed as authorized representative, effective October 3, 2025.
