科济药业控股有限公司（“科济药业-B”，股份代号：02171）于2026年3月5日发布的2026年2月股份变动月报显示，公司在本报告期内无新增股份发行或注销，整体股本结构维持不变。
公司公告披露，截至2026年2月28日，法定注册股本为2,000亿股普通股，每股面值0.00000025美元，总额5万美元，与上月持平。已发行股份（不包括库存股）数量为570,312,499股，库存股数量为7,818,000股，二者合计578,130,499股，与上期相同。
根据公告，2025年10月曾在市场回购的455,000股普通股尚未完成注销。本期并无因购回或行使期权等原因导致新增发行或减少。公司股份期权方面，首次公开发售后购股权计划本月内有40,000股已失效，但并未形成新的股份发行或库存股变动。
