BEXCELLENT GP Keeps Capital Structure Steady in July; 533.01 Million Shares Outstanding, No New Issuance

For the month ended 31 July 2026, BExcellent Group Holdings Limited (abbreviated as BEXCELLENT GP) reported no changes to its share capital, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 533.01 million ordinary shares, and the issuer held no treasury shares. BEXCELLENT GP confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 21 June 2018, a total of 17.16 million options were outstanding at month-end, split between: • 14.34 million options with an exercise price of HKD 0.493 granted on 23 January 2019 • 2.82 million options with an exercise price of HKD 0.73 granted on 1 April 2019

No options were exercised during July, resulting in zero new shares issued and no funds raised.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, or other arrangements that would affect its share capital during the period.

All confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Company Secretary Mr. Choi Shing Wai, affirming full compliance with listing rules and regulatory requirements.
