CR CONSTRUCTION (01582) announced that on January 13, 2026, CR Construction Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), acting as the borrower, entered into a financing agreement with a bank, acting as the lender. Pursuant to this agreement, the lender has agreed to provide CR Construction Limited with a credit facility of up to HK$100 million. This credit is designated for the company's daily business operations. The final repayment date for the facility is set for July 11, 2027.
