Black Cat Complaint has released its September red and black list for corporate complaint handling, with data drawn from its platform reflecting companies' complaint resolution status.

As of the end of September 2025, the Black Cat Complaint platform has received nearly 29.54 million valid consumer complaints, with about 770,000 valid complaints filed in September alone.

To accurately and promptly display the complaint handling situations of different consumer sectors on the platform, the red and black list categorizes companies by industry and includes a "most关注领域排行榜" based on recent consumer events, providing consumers with more valuable reference information.

Key Issue: Vienna Hotels Negatively Address Room Sanitation Problems Recently, several consumers reported issues with room sanitation when staying at Vienna Hotels to the Black Cat Complaint platform. One consumer noted discovering cockroaches in their room; although the front desk stated that the room had been cleaned, the cockroaches were still present upon their return. After checking out, the hotel staff attempted to add the consumer on WeChat but failed to provide an effective resolution. Additionally, other consumers reported finding blood stains and shriveled insect bodies on their beds, with the hotel only offering room changes without adequately explaining or apologizing for the presence of blood and insects.
