Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited (formerly Hang Tai Yue Group Holdings Limited, stock code 8081) announced the completion of its corporate rebranding following shareholder approval at the 10 February 2026 special general meeting.

Key changes are as follows:

1. Company Name • English name changed to “Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited”. • Chinese secondary name registered as “白居易控股集團有限公司”. Certificates under the former name remain valid; no exchange is required.

2. Stock Short Names • Effective 9:00 a.m. on 12 March 2026, the English stock short name on the Stock Exchange will change from “HANG TAI YUE GP” to “BAIJUYI HOLD”. • The corresponding Chinese stock short name will change from “恆泰裕集團” to “白居易控股”. • Stock code remains unchanged at 8081.

3. Corporate Identity • A new company logo will be adopted immediately. • Official website will migrate from “www.hangtaiyue.com” to “www.bjyholdings.com” with immediate effect.

Regulatory confirmations have been received from the Bermuda Registrar of Companies (Certificates issued 11–12 February 2026) and the Hong Kong Companies Registry (Certificate issued 27 February 2026).

The Board states that the rebranding does not affect shareholder rights, trading, settlement or delivery of existing securities.
