XMH Holdings announced that its wholly owned Indonesian subsidiary, PT Xin Ming Hua Engine, received a tax assessment notice from Indonesia’s tax authority on Sep, 2 2025 for about IDR 143.9 billion covering the financial year ended Apr, 30 2024.

The assessment includes corporate income tax on PT XMH’s Indonesian sales and revenue that the authority has attributed to PT XMH from direct sales by Singapore-based Xin Ming Hua Pte Ltd to customers in Indonesia.

PT XMH is engaging Indonesian tax and legal advisers and is considering filing a formal objection. XMH Holdings said that payment of the full assessed amount would have a material financial impact on the group’s current-year results.

The company will provide further updates in line with SGX-ST listing requirements.
