BJ DIGITAL (06188) announced that due to work adjustments, Mr. Xie Hui has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and member of the strategy committee. Mr. Xie Hui's resignation will take effect upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting to be held by the company. Additionally, the board of directors proposes to elect Mr. Liu Liang as executive director and member of the strategy committee at the extraordinary general meeting.
