赛迪顾问(02176)公布，在2026年5月18日举行的年度股东大会上，全部决议案均获通过，其中包括批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.09元（含税）。
本次末期股息以人民币计值，内资股持有人将以人民币收取，H股持有人则将以港元收取。按年度股东大会前一星期中国人民银行公布的港元平均收市价（1.00港元兑人民币0.87395元）换算，每股H股应付股息为0.102981港元（含税）。
权益登记日为2026年5月28日（星期四），当日名列本公司股东名册的股东有权收取该股息。H股股东的股息单将于2026年6月30日（星期二）由股份过户登记处以普通邮递方式寄发，邮误风险由收件人承担。
根据相关税务规定，对于非居民企业股东持有的H股，将统一按10%的税率代扣代缴企业所得税；对于H股个人股东，一般亦按10%税率代扣代缴个人所得税，除非相关税收协定另有规定。公司明确表示，不承担因股东身份确认引致的任何索偿或代扣代缴争议的责任。
