Tian Tu Capital (01973) announced that the company received a notification from its shareholder, Mr. Wang Yonghua, on January 21, 2026. Among the 104 million shares pledged by Mr. Wang Yonghua to Shenzhen Shen Dan Zengxin Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. on October 23, 2024, 41.58 million shares (all of which were restricted shares) have been released from the pledge. The relevant procedures for the release of the share pledge registration have been completed with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, with the release date being January 20, 2026.
