TEXWINCA HOLD (00321) announced that Mr. Chan Chi Hon will resign from his position as company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited due to retirement, effective August 25, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Chan will also step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the group, effective August 31, 2025. Mr. Xu Haoran will be appointed as company secretary and authorized representative, effective August 25, 2025.
