YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) announced that on November 6, 2025, the company (as borrower) entered into a financing agreement with a bank (as lender). Under the terms and conditions of the agreement, the lender will provide a HK$600 million term loan facility, with a maturity period of 12 months from the date of the first drawdown.
