不过，迈威尔科技在本月公布季度业绩时已给出未来两年的业务展望，并受到华尔街分析师的普遍正面评价。此外，公司确认将以至少32.5亿美元收购光子互连技术公司Celestial AI，其中包括10亿美元现金以及2720万股迈威尔科技股票(按当前估值约22.5亿美元)。业内普遍认为，该收购将进一步强化迈威尔科技在AI加速和高性能互连领域的布局。
