Local Authorities Respond to Private Hospital Owing 1.01 Million Yuan in Wages to 18 Employees

Residents of Chaozhou, Guangdong Province have reported that local Raopin Kangmin Hospital allegedly owes 1,017,441 yuan in unpaid wages to 18 employees. Official channels from Raopin County have confirmed the situation is accurate. The unpaid wages span from May 2023 to July 2025, and the labor inspection department has notified the main responsible party to accept investigation.

Public information shows that the hospital has been restricted from high consumption and has become a person subject to execution. Regarding whether the related enforcement work can ultimately be implemented, local relevant department personnel stated on September 15 that some details cannot be disclosed due to employee privacy concerns, and that this labor inspection case is being handled according to proper procedures.
