战略存储增长信托III旗下间接子公司Blue Door AM I近日推出全新特拉华法定信托投资计划"Blue Door Property II"。该项目旨在通过三处位于佛罗里达州奥兰多市及德克萨斯州帕萨迪纳市与科林斯市的无负债、机构级自存仓资产组合,为合格投资者提供进入自存仓领域的新通道。该计划融资目标约6480万美元,瞄准全美高增长市场。

此次DST架构不仅允许投资者参与专业管理的自存仓资产配置,更特别为进行1031递延交易的投资者提供税务优化方案。战略存储增长信托III首席执行官H. Michael Schwartz强调,该项目彰显了公司为零售投资者提供机构级自存仓资产的坚定承诺。
