INT'L ENT (01009) announced that Lu Zhengjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, while Liu Jiahao has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director, effective September 26, 2025. Following Liu Jiahao's resignation and Lu Zhengjun's appointment, Liu Jiahao will no longer serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee, while Lu Zhengjun has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee, effective September 26, 2025.
