消息面上，由于对其自主化及无人机防御系统的需求增强，AeroVironment 在其财年第四季度实现了利润和收入的双增长。
这家国防承包商周二公布，公司四季度收入增长 40%，达到 2.751 亿美元，高于分析师预期的 2.415 亿美元；利润为 1670 万美元，合每股 59 美分，而去年同期利润为 600 万美元，合每股 22 美分。
经调整后每股收益为 1.61 美元，高于 FactSet 调查中分析师预期的 1.38 美元。
产品销售额的增长推动了收入提升，从去年同期的 1.646 亿美元增至 2.422 亿美元。合同服务收入从去年同期的 3240 万美元增至 3280 万美元。
季度末，该公司已获资金支持的积压订单为 7.266 亿美元，高于去年同期的 4.002 亿美元。
首席执行官瓦希德・纳瓦比（Wahid Nawabi）表示，随着公司在无人系统和游荡弹药系统产品上的投资持续见效，需求显著增加。
对于当前财年，该公司预计销售额在 19 亿至 20 亿美元之间，调整后每股收益为 2.80 至 3.00 美元。而分析师此前预测的收入为 13.4 亿美元，调整后每股收益为 3.82 美元。
纳瓦比称，公司已做好充分准备，以满足全球范围内不断增长的需求。
