Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on October 30, a shareholder of COMTEC SOLAR (00712) deposited shares in Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a market value of HK$9.3049 million, accounting for 6.5% of holdings.

According to COMTEC SOLAR's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the group reported revenue of RMB148 million, a 71% year-on-year increase. However, the company recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB22.8 million, narrowing by 9.7% compared to the same period last year. The loss per share stood at RMB0.0215.

The company stated that solar and energy storage revenue surged approximately RMB86.4 million, or 695.5%, from RMB12.4 million in the same period of 2024 to RMB98.8 million. This significant growth was primarily driven by the successful acquisition of new EPC projects by the group's subsidiaries from major energy storage companies.
