美国总统特朗普下令对进入和离开委内瑞拉的受制裁油轮实施封锁后，油价期货和能源公司股票纷纷上涨。最新交易情况如下：
-- 布伦特原油，全球基准，涨幅超过2%，突破每桶60美元。
-- 西德克萨斯中质原油，美国基准，上涨2.5%，交易价格约为每桶56.50美元。
-- 英国石油（BP）和壳牌（Shell）在伦敦的股票均上涨约2.5%。
-- 法国的TotalEnergies、意大利的Eni和西班牙的Repsol均上涨超过1%。
MUFG分析师金秀珍表示：“此举标志着美国对委内瑞拉施加压力的显著升级，随后发生的一起油轮扣押事件增加了长期中断可能影响出口的风险，估计每天约有59万桶油的出口受到影响，其中大部分目标市场为中国。”
周二，原油基准价格已回落至2021年2月以来的最低水平，受到供应过剩加剧及对俄罗斯-乌克兰和平谈判乐观情绪的影响。今年价格已下跌约20%。
